• A gift card is valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
• You can club discount codes while using your gift card.
• Gift cards are not restricted to any category and can be used for purchases of anything from our catalogue.
• Your gift card can be used multiple times till it runs out on the balance. If the purchase exceeds the gift card amount, You can choose to pay the balance amount using any credit / debit / net banking / wallet options available on our platform.
• In case of order cancellation, amount paid via gift card will roll back into the same.
• Gift card amounts are fixed and cannot be re-charged or re-used, once the limit is exhausted.
• This E-Gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. No returns/ refunds will be given against the E-Gift card.
• Teaxpress Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change the ‘Terms and Conditions’ at any time without prior information.
