The lush gardens of Ilam have matured over the years and produce some of the most sought out greens which Nepal is famed for. Congenial weather of ample rains and sunshine has lent the leaves a highly appreciable character. With a light body, this cup comes alive with pronounced smoky notes. Hints of toasted grains and burnt wood appear on and off giving the cup its briskness. Sweet notes of corn mellows the liquor toward the end and as it fades opens the cup for a clean finish.
